Hello, my name is Ashley, and I want to share my transformative journey with you. I currently reside on the outskirts of Charlotte, near beautiful Lake Norman, but my roots trace back to Florida.
Growing up, I faced significant hardships. I was a survivor of sexual abuse as a child and grew up in poverty, relying on government assistance.
My life took a drastic turn at 20 when I was involved in a car accident that led to a battle with addiction to opiates. This ultimately led to my arrest and a six-year prison sentence—a pivotal moment in my life.
Prison was a wake-up call. It offered me clarity and purpose, allowing me to discover my self-worth and enabling me to dream again. I met my wife while incarcerated. Together, we are also the proud parents of five amazing children, who inspire me every day.
I was released during quarantine, turned to TikTok to share my story and document my life post-incarceration. To my surprise, I found a community of supporters who
resonated with my experiences and drew inspiration
from my journey. My lived experiences became my greatest asset!
In 2023, I decided to become a TikTok Shop affiliate—not with the intention of making money, but because of my passion for shopping and the allure of obtaining free samples. Little did I know, my decision would lead to an unexpected breakthrough.
Three months in, I posted a vulnerable video featuring shapewear, which went viral overnight, earning me over a thousand dollars in 24 hours. This newfound financial freedom allowed me to pay off debt and build my savings, profoundly changing my life. I'm now on a mission to share my knowledge and experience with everyone I meet.
